When Can You Return a Product?
You may request a return only if:
- The product received is not the same as ordered (wrong product or size).
- The parcel is unopened, unused, and in original condition (including packaging, tags, etc.).
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the parcel.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Parcel has been opened, used, or shows signs of wear.
- Item was marked as “Favorite,” “On Sale,” or “Discounted”.
- Product was as described and shown but changed due to customer preference.
Exchange or Replacement
We can exchange the product only if the wrong item was delivered or if the item is damaged during delivery. Exchange is subject to product availability.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund via your original payment method or bank account. Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.

- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of product and parcel (if applicable)
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet our criteria.
